Lead all aspects of construction administration for restoration projects from initial inspections to project management, including assessment of existing conditions, preparation of  building condition reports, creating bid documents, agency filings sets, and construction documents and specifications. Responsibilities included managing project team, schedules and budgets as well as reviewing shop drawings, organizing construction meetings and inspections. Maintain and distributed updated records documenting project development. Additional responsibilities included creating client presentation, award submittals and promotional materials.
